Donald Trump's first speech to Congress is being seen as one of his best yet, and one that's humanised him.
US political commentator Dominic Carter said the US President's address has left many Americans in shock.
He told Rachel Smalley one of the most stirring moments was when Donald Trump spoke to Carryn Owens, the widow of a Navy Seal killed in Yemen.
"That will be the moment that he appeared to become Presidential. Dignified, no bashing of the media, no attacks."
The White House was supposed to issue a new order on immigration today, but Dominic Carter says it's so basking in the glow of the speech, so has been put off.
"It was well received, let me be very clear. It was well received, and it was one of the best speeches that Mr Trump has delivered as president. It was surely a different tone for his inauguration."
