Kiwi RnB/soul duo Adeaze have announced their new album A Mother's Love, out this Friday May 11.
The record is dedicated to Nainz and Viiz Tupa'i's late mother, who the brothers say inspired their passion for music.
The duo said in a press release: "It was a very emotional and hard time recording this album with both of us still mourning the loss of Mum, but we have found great joy and healing through recording this album.
“We wanted to honour not only our Mum whom we love, but honour all Mothers out there and those who may have lost loved ones.”
Adeaze also released the lead single from the album, You Make Me Smile, today.
In the time since their second album Rise and Shine in 2011, the brothers have built up their SaintzUp Performing Arts Trust, which fosters young talent in South and West Auckland with classes in guitar, dance and drama.
The two joined Andrew Dickens this afternoon to discuss their work and perform their new song, You Make Me Smile
