Two workers have been rescued from a window-washing scaffold, after dangling 69 stories above ground off the face of the One World Trade Center in New York.
It's the tallest building in the Western hemisphere.
The workers were on their way to the top of the tower when one of the motorized cables supporting the scaffold snapped or came loose.
Crews were trying to figure out the best way to rescue the workers — fix a cable or break a window to get them inside.
Fire officials say the workers were tethered to the scaffold the entire time and were not injured.
