West Londoners are calling for justice for those killed in the Grenfell Towers blaze

The death toll from the fire which ripped through the 24 floor apartment block has hit 17 - dozens are still unaccounted for.

The fingers of blame are already being pointed and Londoners are planning a rally in Westminster tomorrow our time.

Mayor Sadiq Khan was heckled by crowds when he visited the scene, while Prime Minister Theresa May has been criticised for visiting the site without meeting members of the community.

Meanwhile, there is a grim day ahead for firefighters in west London, as they comb through the embers of the apartment block in an attempt to recover the bodies of those still inside.

Investigations have started into the deadly blaze, and London fire commissioner Dany Cotton believes it may be months before the final death toll is ascertained.
