
British Amazon customers have been able to buy bargain goods for as little as one pence, with a software glitch causing prices to plunge.
The global giant says most orders placed on its MarketPlace - which allows third-party companies to trade - have been cancelled after discovery of the error with the Repricer Express software.
But not before people took to Twitter to boast of the deals they'd done before it was corrected.
