A video of an Australian journalist delivering a blistering take-down of US President Donald Trump has gone viral.
Chris Uhlmann, who's the political editor for the Australian Broadcast Corporation (ABC), took aim at President Trump's performance at the G20 summit in Hamburg over the weekend.
Uhlmann, in a brutal cross on Australia's Insiders TV programme, said President Trump has "no desire and no capacity to lead the world", labelling him an "uneasy, lonely, awkward figure" who was left "isolated and friendless".
“Donald Trump has pressed fast forward on the decline of the United States as a global leader. Some will cheer the decline of America, but I think we’ll miss it when it’s gone - and that’s the biggest threat to the values of the West, which he claims to hold so dear.”
The video has been retweeted thousands of times and shared widely on social media.
