
Mexican authorities say an Aeromexico airliner has suffered an "accident" in the northern state of Durango.
Durango state said there have been no fatalities in the crash.
Durango Governor Jose Aispuro wrote in his Twitter account that "it is confirmed there were no fatalities in the accident".

The civil defense office of Durango state said the accident occurred in a field near the airport for the state capital, which is also named Durango.
The Aeromexico aircraft had the capacity to carry 100 passengers. It's not clear yet how many people were onboard the flight. Photo / AP
