It's back to court today for the lawyers of the Bali Nine ringleaders on death row.

Today they'll call an expert witness who will support their challenge to the Indonesian President's decision to deny clemency to Andrew Chan and Myuran Sukumaran.

They argue he hadn't taken their rehabilitation into account.

Several of the 10 prisoners in line to face the firing squad are pursuing similar action.
