The Australian Government's key indigenous adviser has rubbished a proposal to have dedicated seats in parliament for Aborigines.
Warren Mundine says Australians won't "wear" having specific representation based on racial or religious lines.
The idea was raised by Palmer United Party senator Jacqui Lambie, who says three or four per cent of all federal seats should be given to indigenous people to reflect the population.
