Labour's campaign has finished the week in Dunedin, focusing on climate change.
Leader Jacinda Ardern has been to visit a family in the low-lying area of St Kilda.
They had to move into a motel in 2015 after rising waters flooded their home - and they're still dealing with the repercussions today.
Ms Ardern said the family's situation highlights the need to plan for the effects of climate change.
"For those areas that are at risk either of coastal flooding, erosion, sea level rises - this is not an issue that local Government can deal with alone," Ms Ardern said.
