Former AC/DC drummer Phil Rudd has pleaded not guilty to breaching Home Detention.
Mr Rudd arrived back at Tauranga District Court this morning to make what will be his eighth stint in the dock since he was charged with various offences in November.
The 61-year-old is presently serving out an eight-month home detention sentence after last month being convicted on charges of threatening to kill and possessing methamphetamine and cannabis.
The drummer was now facing an additional charge of breaching his sentencing conditions, by possessing and consuming alcohol, after being arrested at his Harbour Drive home last month.
Rudd, who arrived flanked by a worker and his lawyer Craig Tuck, will appear before Judge Robert Wolff.
