He alleges Mr Craig labelled him a liar in a press conference and leaflet that was dropped in one point six million letterboxes.
Mr William's mother, Megan Williams, was fighting back tears as she described how she felt when she heard about the brochure.
"I just felt absolutely sick because to me it was all those years of Jordan and me working so hard, and I could just see it going down the gurgler."
Mrs Williams has maintained that her son is ethical, despite suggestions from Colin Craigs' lawyers that he wasn't.
Last week, Mr Williams admitted he wanted to "retaliate" against Mr Craig.
And under cross examination this afternoon, Ms Williams said that doesn't mean that's a lack of ethics.
Jordan Williams left the court in tears during his mother's evidence.Â
Williams' older sister has told court she wishes her brother didn't get so involved with Colin Craigs' former press secretary, Rachel MacGregor.
The Taxpayers' Union boss alleges Mr Craig labelled him a liar in a press conference and leaflet that was dropped in one point six million letterboxes.
Mr William's sister, Catherine Murray, told the court this whole saga has had a huge impact on him.
"I know that last year while Jordan was close to Rachel he was concerned for her. From an outsider looking in, and wanting to protect my brother I think he probably shouldn't have gotten as involved as he did, but she needed help."
Former Conservative Party board member John Stringer has categorically denied running a smear campaign against Colin Craig.
Mr Craig also accused Mr Stringer and blogger Cameron Slater of being conspirators.
Under cross-examination from Craigs' lawyer, Stephen Mills QC, Mr Stringer told the court that's simply not true.
"There was no strategy, "Dirty politics" or otherwise, to defame Mr Craig. It was all in his head."

He also told the court Jordan Williams revealed some of the messages Mr Craig sent his press secretary, Rachel MacGregor, over the phone in June last year.
Mr Stringer recalled some of the messages.
"He referred to 'magic hands down your 'panties', 'I slept well because I dreamt I was laying on your legs'. He talked about 'Creative Colin', which was a quote."
Mr Stringer also said the former Conservative Party leader ruled with an iron fist, and created "a culture of almost cult-like confidentiality and rounded on anyone who criticised or questioned [him] to the point that people were disciplined".

Victim support advocate Ruth Money said there is no doubt Colin Craig sexually harassed Ms MacGregor.Â
Ms Money told the court she became friends with Ms MacGregor last year, and based on their conversations, she was left in no doubt she was a victim of inappropriate sexual advances.Â
She said Mr Craigs' alleged actions have had a great emotional impact on Ms MacGregor.
"I work with survivors of sexual harassment and sexual abuse every day, and Rachel presents as a survivor as such. Her confidence is knocked, she's a survivors of some nasty stuff."
Ms Money said Ms MacGregor shouldn't shoulder any blame for being allegedly sexually harassed by Mr Craig.
