The Maori Party's newest MP Marama Fox is stunned to have made it into Parliament.
The party has lost two electorate seats to Labour, but picked up enough of the party vote to get her over the line.
Ms Fox thought the Maori Party would hold its three electorates - and says she never expected to become an MP.
"We would have needed 3.5 percent and so I didn't think that was a possibility at all."
