The jury in the Colin Craig defamation trial will enter its second day of deliberations in a few hours.
The former Conservative Party leader is accused of defaming Taxpayer's Union boss Jordan Williams in a press conference and widely distributed leaflet.
Mr Williams had earlier exposed sexual harassment allegations laid against Colin Craig by his former press secretary, Rachel MacGregor.
Yesterday the jury asked to re-watch footage of Mr Craig's press conference and an interview he gave Paul Henry last year.
The jury will continue its deliberations at 10am.
