A date has been set for dumped New Zealand First MP Andrew Williams to challenge his axing from the party list.
His legal team filed papers at the end of August after he was bumped off the list after previously being listed at place number three.
The court hearing will take place at the end of November, despite the election being next weekend.
Mr Williams is claiming the party breached its constitution when determining the party list.
