Young people who've suffered mental illness are being asked to participate in a new project to end mental illness discrimination.
The Mental Health Foundation run initiative will see creative projects developed to change attitudes towards mental illness.
Director of Programmes Moria Clooney said it was a conscious decision to get young people on board for the project.
'Young people know what issues they face, they know what language to use, what kinds of creative projects their friends, whanau and community might respond to so we really think that young people have solutions."
