The man accused of killing two women at Ashburton's Work and Income office last year is back in court.
Russell John Tully faces eight charges in relation to the shootings, including the murders of Peggy Noble and Leigh Cleveland
He's also charged with the attempted murder of Lindy Curtis and Kim Adams.
A hearing is underway in the High Court at Christchurch.
Blanket suppressions are in place.
