A person has died after being struck by a car in the West Auckland suburb of Massey.
A police spokesperson said they were called to the scene of the fatal accident on Lanham Lane about 6.50pm.
“A man has sadly died at the scene."
“The Serious Crash Unit is in attendance and police are making inquiries. People are asked to avoid the area.”
