A man who needs urgent medical treatment has gone missing from Nelson Hospital.

Police said Samuel Barnes left on foot at around 7.30 this morning.

He's 31, and was wearing a blue puffer jacket and black pants.

Mr Barnes is around five feet 11 tall, and has brown hair and a solid build.

And there is also still no sign of a woman in her 60s, who's gone missing from her home in Whangamata.
