Families who lost loved ones in the CTV building collapse will put their concerns to Justice Minister Andrew Little this morning.
The meeting follow's the police decision not to lay charges over the collapse in the February 2011 earthquake, which killed 115 people.
Professor Maan Alkasi lost his wife in the collapse and believes there are grounds to prosecute.
He says those involved in the building's failure have walked away scot-free.
