Govt to send more help to Fiji

The Government's increasing its aid package to Fiji to further help with relief work following Cyclone Winston.

Foreign Minister Murray McCully's announced a further $1.5 million will go towards reconstruction work.

It takes the total aid package to around $4.7 million.

Mr McCully said $1 million will go towards repairing power lines and infrastructure, and $500,000 will be spent on additional relief supplies and technical support.
