Mary Fisher's headlined a four medal day for New Zealand at the Rio Paralympics.

Fisher's broken the world record on her way to winning gold in the 100 backstroke final in the pool.

It's her fifth Paralympic medal and second gold medal.

Sophie Pascoe claimed New Zealand's 200th Paralympics medal with silver in her 50m freestyle final.

There's been two more medals at the track and field stadium, with Liam Malone winning silver in the men's 100m T44 and Rory McSweeney clinching bronze in his men's javelin final.
