The Football Ferns are heading to the Rio Olympics.

They'll represent Oceania at the women's tournament in Rio after Papua New Guinea withdrew from tonight's second leg.

FIFA was notified of the withdrawal of Papua New Guinea after the squad didn't receive the required visas to enter New Zealand.

The Football Ferns claimed a 7-1 win in the first leg in Lae.

It's their third straight appearance at the Olympics.
