Emergency services are at an incident in the Western Bay of Plenty.

A police spokeswoman said police were helping ambulance and fire services at an incident on Athenree Rd.

“A person has been injured at the address, which appears to be a work place and WorkSafe will be notified,” she said.

Police were called at midday.

Police were making inquiries at an address.
