Employers want the driver licensing system streamlined so more young people get qualified to be behind the wheel.

This follows Ministry of Transport data showing the number of licenses have dropped back to levels of a decade ago.
And there are now more over 75s on the road than people under 20.
Auckland Chamber of Commerce CEO Michael Barnett said the process to get a licence is simply 'too time consuming'.
"When I have a look at the accessibility of licence, it's a frustration to many young people, so many young people start driving without a licence."
Mr Barnett said it's crucial young people get their hands on a licence.
"If you look at the young people that have a licence, they have seven times more job opportunities than people that do not have a licence."
