A Courier Post contractor in the Waikato region will be spoken to after a video posted on Facebook apparently shows employees kicking and throwing parcels.

NZME reports NZ Post was alerted to the VIDEO yesterday.

A spokeswoman says it's absolutely unacceptable - they're investigating the video and have already identified the contractor involved.

The video, apparently taken discreetly by a bystander, was filmed in Waikato yesterday.

It show at least four men wearing Courier Post uniforms.

One man is seen apparently kicking a parcel, and another roughly throwing parcels out of a van on to the pavement.
