A Christchurch man killed when his motorbike collided with a truck at the weekend will be “missed by many”.
Liam Ryan-Morris died in the crash on Buchanans Rd at 1.40pm on Saturday.
Friends have been sharing tributes to Ryan-Morris.
“Sad news to hear this morning brother. Always had a place in my heart,” said one friend on social media.
“A handsome young man gone too soon,” another added.
“My heart hurts so f**king much right now, I actually can’t deal,” a woman posted.
“It’s not fair. I’m glad I (saw) you the other day.”
Another friend said her heart was “completely shattered” when she learned of Ryan-Morris' death.
And others said he would be “missed by many”.
According to Ryan-Morris' own social media, he was raised in Kurow by his mother on a farm and homeschooled.
He is survived by his children and partner.
Police said on Saturday evening that enquiries “into the circumstances of the crash” were ongoing.
