The owners of a Christchurch holiday home where 16-year-old Zion Purukamu was fatally stabbed and two other teenagers hospitalised during a party say they're devastated.
A scene examination continues at Medbury Terrace in Fendalton today, and police have now spoken to the two teens in hospital and neighbours.
Christchurch Holiday Homes director Susan Harrison says she and the owners of the property feel conned.
The property had been rented through Airbnb.
Harrison says the house has been de-listed for two weeks to allow for the ongoing police investigation.
Head of Public Policy for Australia and New Zealand Derek Nolan says they're shocked and saddened by the tragedy.
He says the reported behaviour is completely unacceptable and has no place on their platform, and they stand ready to assist police.
Airbnb has previously banned all parties and events at listings.
Police are continuing to encourage people who attended the party who they haven't spoken too, to come forward.
