UPDATED 6.01PM:Â New Zealand has been told we have little to worry about trade with China, in fact we'll struggle to keep up with demand.
President Xi Jinping has highlighted the growth in trade, again making a commitment to see it grow from 20 billion dollars now to 30 in just six years time.
President Xi met with John Key at Premier House and then faced the media.
It was a heavily controlled affair with the Chinese being allowed one question to their leader and the Kiwi media being allowed one to the Prime Minister which was vetted by the Chinese first.
Ironically New Zealand's was about democracy.
The President essentially ignored the Chinese question and went off on a tangent even addressing human rights issue saying China's working hard in that area.
All Black makes appearance
The All Blacks have featured during the visit of China's President Xi Jinping.
Injured mid-fielder Maa Nonu was at hand at Premier House in Wellington this afternoon to give the president an All Black jersey.
President Xi joked more needs to be done on promoting rugby in China, suggesting a job for Nonu could be on offer.
