The parents of two St Bede's boys who successfully stopped the school banning their boys from rowing, face another court hurdle.
Justice Dunningham granted an interim injunction allowing Jack Bell and Jordan Kennedy to compete at the Maadi Cup yesterday after the school had banned them for breaching airport security.
The parents will now have to submit a formal statement of claim by tomorrow to continue the interim injunction for the remainder of the regatta.
If they don't, the injunction lapses, and the school's ban comes back into effect.
