The Justice Minister says law changes are possible to prevent another disaster like the CTV building collapse.
Andrew Little has met with families who lost loved ones in the 2011 disaster this morning in Christchurch.

It comes after police announced no charges would be laid against the engineers responsible for the building, which collapsed in the deadly 6.3 magnitude quake, killing 115 people.
Mr Little said the officials are already looking at current laws - and said that if a situation such as this were to arise again in New Zealand, nobody should be allowed to walk away scot-free.
