The 100th kiwi chick for the season has hatched at Rainbow Springs' Kiwi Encounter in Rotorua.
The new arrival weighed in at a healthy 331 grams.
It's been named Leslie after the owner of the West Coast's Lake Mahinapua Hotel owner who passed away recently.
