Today is the last day for those left in Christchurch's residential red zone to accept the government's offer for their properties.
After a legal battle in the High Court, the crown upped its offer for uninsured, bare land and commercial properties from 50-percent of the 2007-2008 RV, to the full 100-percent.
As of Monday, 78 property owners have accepted the new offer, and of those 64 have now moved out of the red zone.
CERA is still collating the final number of accepted offers, and property owners will have until the 26th of February to move out.
Protest group Quake Outcasts are still planning to take the matter back to the Supreme Court over what they say is an unfair deal.
