Justin Bieber has allegedly been spotted in the South Island, with Kiwi TikTok users taking to the platform to report sightings in Queenstown and Arrowtown.

The region is popular with high-net-worth individuals and celebrities, and Bieber has visited Queenstown before, jetting into town in 2017.

Of this latest visit, a source told the Herald that the Bieber was understood to be in the area to attend the wedding of Kiwi model Maia Cotton and American venture capitalist Max Feldstein, which took place some days ago.

Guests shared photos and videos from the ceremony and reception on Instagram.

The venue looks to be the exclusive private estate Colpo Di Fulmine in Queenstown, the location of other high-profile Kiwi weddings; Trish Peng’s 2023 wedding was reportedly the first to be held at the property.

Cotton and Feldstein got engaged in New Zealand last summer, with Feldstein proposing in the Bay of Islands on New Year’s Day 2024.

The couple appeared to have spent some time in Russell again this January ahead of their wedding.

Bieber also began 2025 with some love, commenting “goin anywhere with u bb” on wife Hailey’s Instagram. The couple also shared a rare picture of their four-month-old son.

With his focus on his young family, it’s not known whether the singer will release new music in 2025.

His last album, Justice, was released in 2021. The following year Bieber postponed a planned tour of New Zealand, cancelling the Justice World Tour’s Down Under legcompletely in 2023.

A hit from his back catalogue, 2011’s Under the Mistletoe, returned to the charts over the 2024 holiday period.
