Kathy Griffin has been named as Joan Rivers' replacement on TV show "Fashion Police".

The comedienne says she's going to let celebrities "have it" when it comes to critiquing their fashion choice.

The 54-year-old concedes she has some "very, very large shoes to fill" when she replaces Rivers who died in September.

The show hits the airwaves again next month.

Griffin will be joined by fellow newcomer Brad Goreski and returning panellists Giuliana Rancic and Kelly Osbourne.
