Fire crews had a bit of a yucky job to deal with this morning.
Two bins of animal entrails fell off a trailer unit of a truck on State Highway Three near Waitomo early this morning.
The road was closed while three fire crews, police and contractors dealt with the mess.
The Fire Service says the truck's trailer unit was found on the wrong side of the road but there were no injuries and no other vehicles were involved in the incident.
