UPDATED: 12.59PM The road where a serious accident happened in Bulls, near Wellington, is now open.
Four people were badly hurt in a crash on State Highway 3, just outside of the town.
The crash - which was near Gorton Street -blocked the southbound lane, one kilometre north of Bulls.
