A former Malaysian defence attaché has pleaded not guilty to indecent assault.
Muhammad Rizalman appeared in the High Court in Wellington this morning.
He hadn't entered a plea for the charge of allegedly indecently assaulting Tania Billingsley last May, until this morning.
He's been remanded on bail until a hearing in August.
