The jury in the trial of a prominent New Zealander on sex charges is struggling to reach a unanimous verdict.
Justice Geoffrey Venning told them he may eventually accept majority verdicts - where all but one of the jurors agreed - on each of the 12 charges of committing an indecent act, but that was some time away.
They were told to continue deliberating behind closed doors in the jury room.
