An arrest has been made following an axe attack on two Korean fishermen north of Auckland.
The men were attacked by two people at the Ti Point Wharf last Wednesday.
A 34 year old man has been charged with aggravated robbery, wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, injuring with intent to case grievous bodily harm and reckless driving.
He'll appear in the North Shore District Court this afternoon.
Police say enquiries to locate the second offender are ongoing.
The victims have told police they're relieved at the arrest.
