Bayleys Real Estate in Tauranga has received a listing authority from the director of the chain of retail shops to arrange a sale of the business on a tender basis.

The sale is being undertaken by the director of the company owning these outlets as part of a settlement currently being negotiated with the Commissioner of Police over legal action in relation to the company's conviction in 2012.

The owner and general manager were both jailed on charges of possessing and supplying equipment to grow cannabis.
