A person has died in a car accident in Te Atatu.
The car crashed into a power pole around 6:15am on Yeovil Rd on the Te Atatu Peninsula.
Two other people in the car have been taken to Auckland City Hospital with serious injuries.
The crash has taken 1400 households' power out - it's estimated to be back before 8:30am
