Hazel's Pavlova:
5 egg whites
1 1/2 caster sugar
4 TBSP boiling water
1 tsp cornflour
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp vinegar
Beat until stiff
Line tray with baking paper
180 degrees for 15 minutes. 120 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes
