If you're concerned about the content of something you've heard on Newstalk ZB and you believe it has breached broadcasting standards, you're entitled to make a formal complaint.

Complaints relating to the privacy standard can be made directly to the BSA if you wish.

Complaints must be received within 20 working days of the broadcast and we will respond to your complaint within 20 working days of receiving it.  If you are unhappy with our findings, you are entitled to contact the Broadcasting Standards Authority within 20 working days.

Complaints about advertisements should be made to the Advertising Standards Authority (www.asa.co.nz).

If you wish, you can also make a formal complaint about news and current affairs content on this website. Complaints about a written story on our website must first be made in writing to us using the form below within one month of the story being published. We will respond within ten working days.
