The Presidents expected to boast about the US economy and outline his legislative agenda in his first State of the Union address to Congress.

She told Mike Hosking there are tricks Mr Trump can pull to seem more inclusive.
"Have people in the gallery who are not overly political. Speech writers try to write shameless applause lines to get as many people clapping as often as possible."
Carey said it's a lengthy process for speech writers, who start working on the address before Christmas.
"The first step is to send out an email to all the agencies and ask them what they would like the President to say, and tsunami of proposed language arrives and the poor speech writer has to start wading through it."
