Lee Child, the author of the wildly successful Jack Reacher books spoke to Mike Hosking about the next book in the series, his view from his New York apartment and the future of books and storytelling.

Child also explains his writing process, where he has 'no clue, no plan, no outline' and has no idea what the next line in any Jack Reacher book will be.
