Newstalk ZB's Political Editor Barry Soper joins Mike Hosking to discuss the latest development in the story of Winston Peters' receiving more superannuation than he was entitled to.

Soper says under the no-surprises policy, the Beehive was alerted to the potential scandal. 

His opinion is that they then leaked it to the media. 

"There is no doubt in my mind at all, that this leak came from the National Party."
