A group who've protesting outside judges' homes, calling themselves Families 4 Justice, say it's their last resort.
The group includes fathers who've either been denied custody of their children, or had restrictions placed on their visiting rights.
At least three judges' homes have been targeted by peaceful protests in the past few weeks.
Talkback caller Mick has been involved in several of the protests.
He told Leighton Smith he's been through the courts 25 times for alleged breaches of a protection order over the last decade.
"I've come out of that with no criminal convictions, no charges, so either I'm the Teflon Man or someone's lying."
There have been no reports of trespassing or property damage, but Justice Minister Andrew Little says the protests are intended to intimidate.
