The Green Party is reshuffling its portfolios, as a new MP enters the mix.
Kevin Hague left the party to become CEO at Forest and Bird, and his replacement Barry Coates, a former Oxfam New Zealand chief executive, enters Parliament on the 10th of October.
The Finance portfolio is shooting up the ranks, to be managed now by co-leader James Shaw.
MP Julie Anne Genter is giving up finance to take on health, a portfolio previously held by Mr Hague, and Auckland issues. She keeps transport and becomes associate finance spokeswoman.
James Shaw said Genter, a former transport consultant, is an expert on "two of the biggest issues that affect Aucklanders" - transport and urban planning.
Mr Coates will take on trade, overseas aid, commerce, consumer and internal affairs.
Shaw said Coates brought years of "real-world experience" to Parliament, especially in the areas of trade and overseas aid and development.
Mojo Mathers has been given the conservation portfolio, which was also held by Hague.
