Visiting heads of government could end up literally staying in the Prime Minister's back yard.

Just released briefing papers show Ministerial Services is undertaking work with regard to ministerial accommodation.

Among the measures they're looking at is the possibility of using Premier Cottage, the subsidiary house located next to the Prime Minister's Wellington residence Premier House, as accommodation for visiting heads of Government.
